I bought a Cotton On gift card online for my sister, it was straightforward. The email showed up quickly, and the code worked at checkout without any drama.

I was kind of expecting it to be one of those things where they somehow make it more annoying than it needs to be, but it was actually fine. Simple, easy, and I’d probably buy one again.

I ordered a hoodie and, for once, it really did look like the product pics. I usually don’t put much faith in all the polished wording brands use, but the size, color, and fabric were pretty much exactly as described. No weird surprises when it showed up, which I appreciated.

I’ve actually found the loyalty points handy, and they do add up over time. That said, the emails can get a little overwhelming, and I wish the instructions on how everything works were clearer upfront.

The return process was simple, and my refund came through faster than I expected. I do wish they’d been a little clearer about the steps upfront, but in the end it all worked out fine

The delivery was kinda slow, like I was genuinely starting to wonder if my package had decided to take a vacation halfway here. It did arrive eventually, but wow, the wait felt way longer than expected.

I had a small issue come up with my order, nothing major but still something I needed sorted, so I ended up messaging Cotton On customer service. i was expecting to wait around for ages or have to explain the same thing a few times, but they got back to me quicker than I thought they would. The person I dealt with was really friendly and didn’t make it feel like a hassle at all, which I appreciated. They actually explained what was going on and what they were doing to fix it, instead of just giving a vague one-line reply. In the end it was sorted smoothly, and it definitely made the whole experience a lot less annoying than it could’ve been. I’m happy with how they handled it and I’d feel fine shopping with them again.

I used a promo code at checkout and was pleasantly surprised when the discount came off right away. No errors, no fuss, nothing weird to deal with. It made my order a little cheaper, so I was happy with the whole experience.

So... I’ve been shopping at Cotton On for a while now, and I really like that they’re making more effort with recycled materials and cutting down on waste. The clothes still feel nice, the prices are reasonable, and it just feels a bit better buying from them.

Some of the shirts feel really nice at first, but a few of them got kind of loose after I washed them. It’s not terrible or anything, I just thought they’d hold up a bit better with that.

I ordered hoodie and the color was mostly like the photos, just maybe little darker in real life. It still looked good though, and the sizing was okay too. Giving 4 stars because I kinda wish they had more pics in normal lighting.

I ordered a few basics from Cotton On i was just hoping they’d fit without turning into a whole thing. I’m usually a medium and these were true to size, not too tight, not weirdly baggy. The jeans length was good too, which is a relief because I do not have the patience for returns. Happy with everything.

I wasn’t really sure it would actually be available, but the stock was there when I checked. Nice surprise, honestly.

Got my Cotton On order and the packaging was okay. The bag was a little wrinkly and had a small tear on one side, but luckily nothing inside was damaged or dirty. The clothes were folded fine too, not super neat but good enough. Not perfect, but it arrived safely so I cant really complain.

I placed my order a little while ago and I’m still waiting for it to show up. I’ve been checking the tracking for the past few days, but it hasn’t really told me anything useful. At this point, I’m just hoping it arrives soon.

I like the designs... they’re simple but still cute. Some pieces fit my style better than others, but overall I’ve been happy with them. Easy to wear and nice for everyday outfits.

I’m just relieved this turned out well because I’m so tired of dealing with customer service for stuff lately. It’s really comfy, fits me well, and I’m happy with it overall.

I do like shopping on Cotton On, and to be fair, the emails have helped me catch a few sales and free shipping offers. I’ve used some of the discount codes too, so it’s not like they’re totally useless.
The annoying part is how often they show up. Some weeks it feels like there’s an email every day, and after a while I just start deleting them without reading. I wish they’d take the hint a bit more when people aren’t engaging, because it kind of feels like they’re just pushing stuff at you anyway. Still a good store, but the emails could definitely be toned down.

I liked that I could use PayPal for this. It made checkout feel quicker and a bit safer, which is always nice with that kind of thing. No hassle at all, and my order went through on the first try.
